Global campaigns — Microsoft, Xbox & Amazon

Full paid media package for international product launches at Intro Works, Madrid — the sole creative agency for Microsoft in Spain.

Overview


Intro Works is a Madrid-based creative agency and the sole agency partner for Microsoft in Spain. During my 18 months there, I worked as part of the design team producing paid media and print campaigns for some of the world's most recognisable brands — Microsoft, Xbox, and Amazon — maintaining direct communication with each client's marketing team throughout.


The brief

Each client came with established brand guidelines and clear commercial objectives — product launches, seasonal campaigns, in-store promotions. The challenge was to produce high volumes of campaign assets across multiple formats and platforms without ever compromising visual consistency or brand fidelity.

Working directly with the client marketing teams meant translating briefs quickly, managing feedback cycles efficiently, and delivering to tight international deadlines.


Outcome

All work shipped and went live across digital platforms, retail environments, and print — within agreed timelines and to consistently positive client feedback.

As the only creative agency working with Microsoft in Spain, the standard for accuracy and brand fidelity was exceptionally high — and client feedback throughout was consistently positive.

Amazon — Store experience

For Amazon I was given significant creative freedom to develop the visual concept for their store experience. This required learning the platform's interface and technical specifications from scratch — understanding its constraints and how to design within them while still producing something distinctive.

This project pushed me beyond execution and into creative direction. Starting from zero with a new platform, developing a concept, and seeing it live in the store was one of the most complete design experiences of my career to date.

Windows 11 launch

The Windows 11 launch was a globally coordinated product release with strict brand requirements and extremely high visibility. Being part of the team that brought that campaign to life in Spain — and seeing the assets go live in stores across the country — was a significant milestone.

Microsoft and Xbox campaigns

Xbox campaigns required adapting gaming culture aesthetics to retail and paid media contexts — bold, high-energy visuals that needed to work equally well as a social ad, a store banner, and a printed catalogue page.
